Family Practitioner
Requirements:

- Completion of family practice, internal medicine, or emergency medicine residency
- Board certification preferable

Job description:
- Hospital evangelism
- Perform outpatient consultations on wide range of problems
- Oversee local nurse practitioners
- Supervise all medical care for Nampula expatriate population
- Treat non-surgical outpatient cases
- Refer surgical patients to surgical clinic for admission
- Refer non-surgical patients needing inpatient treatment to surrounding medical facilities, or admit and treat as tolerated by local Department of Health (surgical clinic not authorized to admit non-surgical patients)
Hospital Administrator
Requirements:

- Personnel management skills

Job description:
- Participate in hospital evangelism

Church Planter
Requirements:
- Unequivocally committed to doctrines of grace
- In agreement with F.I.R.E.’s statement of faith
- Experienced
- Elder qualified
- Seminary trained, or equivalent
- Proficient in Portuguese to level of first year curriculum
- Actively involved in a home church willing to serve as both sending church and mission board
Job description:
- Serve as role model for existing church leaders in pastoral ministry, preaching
- Disciple, train current church leaders
- Participate as one of several teachers in pulpit ministry (may not monopolize the pulpit ministry because of the need to develop our national teachers)
- Organize Bible classes, instruct church participants
- Assist other congregations when invited to do so
- Evangelize in city with view to establishing a downtown church
- Help organize the FIEL conferences for church leaders
- Teach FIEL pastors’ seminars
- Help with literature distribution to pastors on FIEL’s book program
